Fun to read, easy to use.
great app! enjoying every story.
Interface is simple and cool. Text size is adjustable. Has a continuous scroll mode or page by page. Page by page actually could use a little work as it jumps a bit too far, cutting off a sentence or two. Content seems pretty interesting, I picked "Under Arctic Ice" by H.G. Winter and its actually really good, having a mood like an X-Files episode. Would love to see a horizontal read mode.
Ok. Ill be the first to admit that the iPad is not a Kindle or Nook or one of the other true "reader" type mechanisms, but while on vacation I pulled this app up and escaped to Barsoom via the masterful pen of Edgar Rice Burroughs. Though not able to read in the sun at the beach, all other places found me there only in body as the text was easily seen. I particularly liked the page up feature that scrolled entire pages at a time. I am now going to buy the full version to discover what other books I may enjoy! Yeah!
Back, font size, and scrolling mode buttons inoperable. Try harder to provide a working app.
Its a wonderful app. For people who enjoy good sci-fi stories. Fantastic.
Gets your mind thinking what if..
A must for anyone who enjoys reading science fiction
Thanks for a great app. It needs an option to tone down the background while reading. but more importantly, the icon is UGLY... Can you switch to the one on the app store description? I know what app I bought, no need for that horrible type job you put on top of the cool UFO design.
It has wonderful stories!
Icon is nice, word font needs changing.
Good app. It would be nice to see how long the stories are. Also maybe a short summary for each story in addition to the title.
The only flaw I find is whenever I open up to read a bit more of The Land that Time Forgot, I have to scroll through the last MANY chapters Ive completed. But what a bargain on books! My compliments.
This isnt an anthology of first line writers for the most part, but is a good survey of science fiction and there are most real gems by authors you may have forgotten or never heard of.
Free Sci Fi nuff said!
Love the "John Carter" stuff.
Dont expect the worlds best ebook reader, but these are solid stories.
App made me write this- would not open unless review written
Great App try it!
